Slow Flow Yoga

Find harmony between mind and body, strength and flexibility during this 60 minute slow flow Hatha class. We will focus on postural fundamentals during long held poses, practice pranayama (breathing) exercises, and explore the nonjudgmental observance of the Self. This Hatha class is designed to balance the body, promote peace in the mind, and deepen your yogic practice on and off the mat.
