Kyla Seddon is RYT 200hr certified yoga instructor as well as BUTI yoga and personal training certified. She has been avidly practicing yoga for 6 years and leading students to challenge their bodies and deepen their own practice for 3 years. She credits the depth of her passion for Vinyasa yoga from her training and practice in Melbourne, Australia. Kyla enjoys a challenging yoga sequence yet embraces the mental benefits of breath work and meditation.
Kyla and her husband are new to the Olympic Peninsula from Portland, Oregon. She is excited to start teaching and planting her roots in this yoga community. Other passions and interests include being a personal chef and catering, event planning, enjoying the beautiful outdoors, gardening, and spending time with her growing family.
