Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow

 

This class is for beginners and those who wish to move more slowly. We begin standing or seated in a chair. The intention of this class is to help students learn yoga poses and then find their best expression of the poses with consideration to each student’s needs. We begin with warming the body, then moving through a directed flow (sometimes stopping to practice proper alignment), balance poses, and then longer held poses on the floor or in a chair to stretch and release muscles and joints and prepare for final relaxation.
